No — you only need one insert. After that, you can expand your collection with as many pillowcases as you like.

I already have your posing pillow insert — can I buy only the pillowcases?
Yes! Our newborn pillowcases are available separately. Scroll down to "related products" and you’ll find covers from many collections and colors.

How do I wash the pillow and pillowcases?
Both the insert and pillowcases are machine washable. Use mild detergents suitable for baby fabrics and avoid bleach.

Why choose a set instead of several pillows?

Do you offer other pillow sizes?
