How long does shipping take to EU?
Most EU orders are shipped by courier, usually DPD.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country.
In rare cases, we may use Polish Post or another suitable service if it works better for your location.
How long does shipping take outside the EU?
For non-EU orders, we offer standard international shipping.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier.
Depending on your location, your parcel may be shipped with FedEx, postal service or another suitable carrier.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Most items are ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
For made-to-order props (knitted outfits, blankets etc.), the estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order — we’ll always do our best to help.
Is the shipping trackable?
Yes — every parcel comes with a tracking number, so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery. We’ve been shipping internationally for years and know how to keep the process smooth and safe. Your order is always in trusted hands 🤍
Where are you shipping from?
We ship all orders from Poland (EU), carefully packed and dispatched straight from our studio to yours.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship worldwide, with just a few exceptions where postal services are limited.
Do you ship to the US?
At the moment, due to new state and import taxes, we recommend shopping through our Etsy shop if you are based in the United States. It’s the easiest way to handle customs smoothly.
2. Customs & Import Fees
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Within the EU: No, there are no additional fees.

Outside the EU: Please note that there may be customs duties or import taxes added at the border of your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Returns & Safe Shopping
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days to return or exchange your order — no questions asked.
We just ask that items are unused and in their original condition, for hygienic reasons.
If something doesn’t feel right, simply reach out to us. Your satisfaction matters, and we’ll always try to find the best solution together.
Do you refund shipping costs?
Once we receive your item back, we’ll promptly refund you for the product price.
Please note: we don’t refund the original shipping cost or the cost of return shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Do you offer replacements for faulty items?
Yes. If an item is faulty or different from what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you right away.

Is my payment secure?

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — Amaia gift cards are available (just contact us). They’re a thoughtful way to share props with other photographers or as a special gift.
5. VAT 0% for EU Businesses
Can I buy with 0% VAT as an EU business?
Yes. If you’re a registered EU business and provide a valid VAT number, the VAT will be deducted from your order price.
It simply means you pay less — just add your VAT details at checkout.

Are your props safe for newborns?
Yes. We only use soft, breathable fabrics and premium yarns (many OEKO-TEX certified). Every piece is gentle on newborn skin and made to support photographers who work with care.
What sizes are your outfits?
All our outfits are newborn size, designed to fit most babies 0–14 days old. Not too big, not too small — just right for those first sessions.
Can I use your props outside of photo sessions?
No. Our props are created especially for newborn photography — not for everyday wear or use. That’s why they’re light, stretchy, and so easy to work with during a session.
